THE COMPANY IS COMMITTED TO PROTECTING OUR PLAYERS AND PROMOTING RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY AS A POLICY OF PLAYER CARE AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.

WE THINK IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU, OUR PLAYERS, TO ENSURE THAT YOU SATISFY YOUR EXPERIENCE ON OUR PLATFORM. YOU SHOULD REMAIN FULLY AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL RISKS THAT MAY BE RELATED WITH ONLINE GAMES IF YOU DON'T STAY IN CONTROL.

TO PROVIDE THAT YOU HAVE A FUN AND AFFORDABLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE, WE FULLY SUPPORT RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY AND HAVE PUT MEASURES IN PLACE TO ASSIST PLAYERS WHO WISH TO CONTROL THEIR PLAY.

1.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Responsible Social Gameplay Policy (hereinafter – the “RSG Policy”) describes the management instruments, information, and resources available to registered players on the Platform.
  2. This RSG Policy is an integral part of the Company's Terms and Conditions. Terms that are defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this RSG Policy.
  3. We may update the RSG Policy at any time. Any appendix will be published on the Company's Platform, and such changes will be binding and will take effect immediately.

2.RSG POLICY

  1. RSG Policy is created to support our Player’s needs, at any stage of usage of our services. To do this, our RSG Policy contained a scope of player educational materials, control tools, and instruments for professional help when needed.
  2. The Company realizes that it is a shared responsibility to create and provide fun and affordable gameplay experiences, and that it is ultimately an individual’s choice to play. We neither provide counseling services nor control Players’ behavior. However, we concentrate on providing control tools, informing, and educating our Players.
  3. The Company has a well-trained staff that is available to assist Players with gameplay. Our staff is ready to provide information and offer control tools proactively.

3.KEEP TRACK OF YOUR GAMEPLAY

  1. Remember that all game sessions have a completely random result. Such results cannot be predicted and are independent of past and future outcomes. That’s why you should always be treated as a fun pastime.
  2. Playing online or mobile games is a form of entertainment, but they should be played in moderation and not to escape reality.
  3. Create a budget specifically for Social Games. You should buy in-game currency (Gold Coins) only if you can afford it, without harming your real life.
  4. We hope that you can continue to enjoy playing, but don’t let games take up too much of your time. Please, don't remember that in real life there are many fun experiences, like sporting events or movie theaters, we exist to provide entertainment.
  5. If you need to take time out, you should take a break from playing at the required time to relax.

4.STAY IN CONTROL

  1. If you want to permanently close your Customer Account, you should contact us via contact@sweepluxe.com. The email must include your full name, residential address, email address, and age to allow us to block you from registering and playing on the Company's platform in the future.
  2. The self-exclusion can only be revoked 7 days after we receive a written request from you to revoke your previous self-exclusion request.
  3. We will apply your self-exclusion as soon as possible, but please note that this process takes a reasonable business period. We will not consider the self-exclusion period to have begun until we have applied it and notified you. If you then find that you still have access to the Company's Platform, you must notify us immediately.
  4. During the self-exclusion period, you will not have access to the Company's Platform. If you need access to your Customer Account history and information, you will need to contact us via contact@sweepluxe.com.

5.ADVICES FOR RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY

  1. Avoid playing when you are upset or emotionally agitated.
  2. Take frequent breaks during game sessions.
  3. Avoid playing while under the influence of alcohol.
  4. Do not cancel redemptions.
  5. Make purchases only with the money you can afford to spend.
  6. Set a budget and do not exceed it.
  7. Set a time limit before you start playing.
  8. Understand how games work before you play, and remember that results are random.
  9. Never let gameplay affect your work, relationships, health, or commitments.

6.SELF-ASSESSMENT

  1. If you think your own or someone else's gameplay is becoming problematic, you may find it helpful to consider the self-assessment questions below.
    • Do you often relive game experiences or think about future games?
    • Do you hide or lie about you playing games?
    • Do you get very angry when someone or something interrupts your play?
    • Have you ever taken a break from games and then returned to drinking alcohol uncontrollably?
    • When you are upset, do you calm yourself down by playing or making plans to play?
    • Do you find yourself playing early in the morning?
    • Do you find ways to play when you are away from home?
    • Do you set limits on your games and then break them by playing longer than planned?
    • Do you lose hours of sleep because of games?
    • Have you ever gotten sick, been late for work, or missed class because of games?
    • Have you ever given up games, deleted your Customer Account, and then returned to it?
    • Do you feel guilty or ashamed about playing online games?
    • Do games contribute to arguments in your relationships?
    • Have games replaced any hobbies or sports you used to enjoy?
    • Do you forget about appointments, responsibilities, or deadlines at work or school when you play?
    • Do you get irritated and defensive when people suggest that you might be playing too much?
    • Has the number of hours you spend playing games increased over time?
    • Do you find yourself moving social activities to the game?
    • Have you lost touch with friends and family because of games?
    • Do you experience strong feelings (highs, lows, anger, fear) while playing games?

7.PLAYERS' PROTECTION POLICY

  1. Protection of vulnerable groups.
  2. Please make sure that the decision to play on our Platform is your own personal choice and responsibility.
  3. We do not recommend playing on our Platform if you are:
    • are undergoing treatment or are in recovery from an addiction/dependency
    • are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance
    • are experiencing financial difficulties or a traumatic life event
    • do not understand how to play the Games;
    • have mental health problems, cognitive disorders, or brain injuries.

8.MINORS' PROTECTION

  1. The Company performs identity verification to reduce and prevent the risk of underage on our Platform.
  2. If you're allowing friends or family members under the legal age to use your mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or computer for social online games, we advise using special software to restrict their access to our platform:
    • On Windows computers, you can use the Family Safety feature to set up parental controls and restrict access to specific applications.
    • For Mac computers, you can use the Parental Controls settings to limit access to certain applications or websites.
    • Additionally, you can utilize Router Level Restrictions or Third-Party Parental Control Software.
